My Parents have visited several times to visit Dr/ Mr.J Nixon for my parents Hearing Aids at Va ENT. We are so happy with the care they take with My Mom and Dad. He listens to them and fixes every thing on every visit. We zlove hearing about his Family! Thank You!
Everything went on smoothly . Dr. May is awesome and all the other staff too. They were caring towards my child who had ear tube surgery at their center last week. I had a good experience with the team.
Had my ears cleaned today. Glad Dr. Van Himbergen let me infodump, because having my ears cleaned does hurt. The people at VAENT are very kind. Just one complaint: Why are the lights in the restroom so dim? It looks like a tunnel in there. I’m scared of the dark (and dimness).
Great experience
I have severe anxiety and struggle with pushing appointments off because of always thinking the worst. The front desk staff were very approachable and nice. My nurses before the surgery, surgical techs during surgery, anesthesiologist, Dr Salley, and recovery nurse were all very mind easing, calming and attentive. I had a very great experience yesterday and would definitely recommend Virginia ENT and Dr Salley to anyone. You all absolutely don’t know how much I appreciate the great experience I had, everyone had beyond amazing bed side manner. (Anesthesia makes me not remember names and some details but if I could remember everyone’s name that I was blessed to have taking care of me I would have definitely named everyone)
