NP Emily Kane was so thorough and nice. The first doctor I️ went to for the same problem spent 2 minutes with me and sent me on my way. Emily did testing and asked me more questions than any other doctor has. I wish I️ could have her as my primary care NP. I felt like she actually cared and wanted me to get better. I only waited a couple of minutes to be seen and feel as if I️ finally got the answers I️ was looking for.

This not from my husband, it is from E. Park. I had a very unfortunate situation with this medical practice. They dropped the ball on getting a procedure done and once I contacted them they blamed the insurance company. But I contacted the insurance and was told they had only requested authorization the day before they called me. Front office staff and I believe the staffers who help the doctors are lacking in training. Be honest if you make a mistake and things fall thru the cracks, telling the truth is the best policy. Needless to say no confidence in this practice.
Spacious facility with experience RNPs and Physicians! They offered paper free experience for me
