Gail was outstanding in helping me synch my hearing aids and phone, which was very difficult to do. She devoted considerable time to overcoming some reset challenges that were not as simple as the instructions led me to believe. Gail has also been very helpful for me in the past. Both Gail and my audiologist, Erika Kopinski, are terrific to work with at this practice. I highly recommend them.
Big shoutout to the allergist at the Midlothian location. Im sorry I forget her name, she is great. Many times CVS has dropped the ball in getting our prescription filled and she has called them and straightened it out for us to get us the shots and syringes we needed. She also made me and my wife feel safe in doing allergy shots at home and we see real results.
We love Dr. Tarasidis and staff, he’s the absolute best in town!! My daughter has been a patient for years. The new office is beautiful and we’ll follow him wherever he goes! 💖 #ENTgoat
Dr. Van Himbergen is an outstanding doctor. He is present and empathetic, and has a wonderful way of making young patients feel at ease. He took the time to talk directly to my two-year-old and make her feel safe during her appointments. He also reassured both of us before and during her ear tube surgery. I was so impressed that I will be making an appointment with him myself to have my chronic sinus symptoms evaluated. Also, the women at the front desk have always been kind and competent during my interactions with them. I highly recommend this practice!
