I had a very bad experience at another practice, but this practice really deserves 5 stars, the receptionist was professional, very helpful and caring. Dr. J Michael Kenerson was very knowledgeable, caring and helpful as well. They make a pretty awesome team there, Thanks alot. Kudos 👏🏾
I was so impressed by how pleasant all of the staff is. The front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile, the pre-op nurses were kind and personable, anesthesia staff were so sweet, & we loved Dr Salley and his bedside manner! My son needed a little extra “love” after his procedure and his nurses were so attentive and kind.
After a solid month of suffering various degrees of severity with vertigo, and a doctor visit elsewhere, I made an appointment with Va. ENT to get a second opinion. The appt coordinator was empathetic with me, and today for my appt, I met with Matthew Shiomichi, PT, DPT. I don’t have the proper words to express how content and satisfied I am with his care. The patience, kindness, and empathy was genuine and authentic. His bedside manor is honestly, the best I have seen. He listened, answered questions, educated me, and engaged with me intuitively based on the level of concern I displayed with each question and answer. I rarely leave reviews, but this gentleman deserves to be recognized in every way. Thank You – so much!
