Dr Lim is seriously the best dr here he did both of my childrens surgery and he truly cares for his patients and is very good with children highly recommend him if you need a ENT
My only complaint was the rude nurse if you can’t be kind and compassionate you are in the wrong field but dr Lim is seriously the best dr in this office highly recommend him if you have children who need to be seen my son is 6 and has sensory processing disorder and dr Lim made him feel so comfortable and made the experience a little easier because my boy felt safe with him he usually isn’t so cooperative but he sat so still and listened so well for dr Lim
Dr. T is truly the best. I have been going to Virginia ENT for a year now and have seen a few of the physicians. I personally chose to consistently see Dr. T for his great customer service and bed side manners. I’ve had generic appointments and even an emergency appointment that he took me and saw me in under five minutes. Very grateful for him and his nursing staff! 5/5 recommend! Thanks guys!
The staff was amazing, caring, and well organized. Not only was everything quick and efficient they made me and my family feel like we were important individuals. Everything from the pre-check in phone call to walking out the door was filled with patience and a sense of being well cared for. Can’t thank them enough for providing the care they did!
