I visited this office yesterday 10/7. The wait time was faster than any other doctor I’ve been to. My appointment time was 10:40, I arrived at 10:20 and was out the door by 10:50. I was seen by Emily Kane, who was very kind mannered and friendly which made the appointment more comfortable. My only disappointment with the appointment was, I felt my diagnosis seemed to come to easily. I do not doubt the diagnosis was accurate, however I do still have doubt that, that is the only thing “wrong” with me. Overall, while the service was quick and the staff courteous, I would have appreciated a more thorough evaluation. I don’t have insurance and am self-pay, so the likely hood of me visiting again would be slim to none unless my symptoms were to get significantly worse. I would recommend the office, however, always remember to advocate for yourself and speak up if you feel that you did not get the service or care you needed. I did not do this and regret it.
I made a comment on yesterday regarding the care my father received and today I received a call from the director of the clinic regarding my comment. She listened thoroughly to my concerns and accepted FULL RESPONSIBILITY then provided me a detailed solution to fix the problem. Her pursuit to ensure every patient receives EXCELLENT care is heartwarming and GREATLY APPRECIATED. I wish all healthcare workers were this caring.
My son had his tubes placed this morning with Dr. Salley and his clinical staff. They were very thorough, informative, and addressed any concerns we had. Although we were there for approx 2 hrs, the placement was super quick! I recommend Dr Salley to take care of your little ones who need tubes or any other procedures.
I’ll have to be honest. Reading other reviews about this office, I almost canceled my appointment to change to another location. I’m glad I didn’t. The entire staff from check in to check out were very pleasant. The receptionist very friendly. I watched her handle a frustrated patient who didn’t have an appointment respectfully. The young woman who called me to the back was friendly. The NP Victoria Barnes was very kind and patient as was the woman who did my hearing test. The office was clean. I have zero complaints.
The girl checking you in @window #3 was rude and insensitive towards my 83 year old mother’s neurological condition. While my mom was filling out the paperwork given to her, and yes it takes her awhile, this girl shouts out,” what’s she doing over there, writing a book or something”?
