I had an appointment at Virginia ENT today at 8:10 a.m., but when I arrived, the light skinned receptionist at Window 3 told me my appointment had been bumped to the 17th. I was never informed of any change. I had spoken to a staff member previously who confirmed the appointment for 3/10/2026 she never mentioned any rescheduling. During that call, I asked, ‘Wait, you have a new address, right?’ and she confirmed, ‘Oh yeah, our new address is such-and-such.’ I had to remind her about the address, and still no mention of a date change. I rushed this morning, adjusting everything for my daughter’s ear appointment, and this was a major disruption. When I asked for a grievance form, she was rude and kept insisting someone called me; no one did. I asked if we could move the time for 3/17, but the only option was 2:40, which didn’t work. When I told her to keep it at the original time, she got smug and asked, ‘Did you need an appointment reminder?’ being really smart and condescending. I’m writing this review because I will not be brushed off or made to feel like I’m imagining things. Please improve your communication and customer service. For the record, my daughter’s Doctor is really great; I’m just writing this review because of the poor attitude of the receptionist.

The tech doing my kids allergy test was so kind, she answered all our questions. Laughed and joked with us, she made this as enjoyable as an allergy test could be.
