Easy to make an appointment, easy to pre load everything so once I got to the office all I did was pay my copay and wait to be called back. I had nurse practitioner Emily and she was so amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly! We went right to getting my ears cleaned out after she diagnosed the issue. She took the time to explain and show me in a picture what was going on and what not to do in the future!!! I’m not sure why this practice doesn’t have 5 stars, office was clean and easy to get to and everyone I encountered there was very friendly! I can’t speak to the other services they offer but as for ear infections and blockages, they are going to be my to go to!
I have always had good experiences at Va ENT and Dr Robertson is great. He is thorough and compassionate. I don’t feel rushed when he is speaking with me and he explains things very well. I did want to mention that one of the nurses speaking to a patient in the audiologist waiting room made a comment that I was in the right place when I didn’t hear the audiologist call my name. Obviously she didn’t know that I have unaidable hearing loss in my right ear and she was speaking loudly to a patient on my left side which is why I couldn’t hear the audiologist. I’m just mentioning this because hearing loss is an emotional thing and it would be great if staff could be mindful of their comments because hearing loss sucks – we don’t need reminders.
Multiple locations, friendly staff, you can’t go wrong with Virgina Ear, Nose, and throat.
Dr. Millien is AMAZING & her staff is as well..
The people at the front desk were very helpful with a scheduling situation we had run into, and they fit us in when it was difficult which we really appreciated. Dr. Tyson was very good too.
