I had an excellent experience at Virginia Ear, Nose & Throat Associates West End location. I’ve been there twice now, and both visits were smooth, efficient, and overall very positive. I especially appreciated that the appointments were short without feeling rushed. I value not having to wait long and being able to receive efficient, high-quality care. K. Parks Watson was outstanding: compassionate, attentive, and very thorough throughout my appointments. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The office was clean, organized, and the staff was welcoming and professional from check-in to checkout. I recently received care at Virginia Ear Nose and Throat – West End from Mr. Tony Curtis PT for some debilitating vertigo that had me riding an ambulance to the emergency room and the care at ENT West End was exceptional. He was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the root cause of my vertigo and provide care and guidance for at home exercise treatment that has vastly improved my condition in a very short time. He was polite and courteous in all regards and explained in detail what was going on with my condition. I would not hesitate a moment to go back if needed.

My 19 month old daughter had ear tubes surgery and everything went smoothly and everyone was very nice and attentive. Surgery went well and the nurses at recovery were very sweet with her.
