Our 3 year old son had his tonsils and adenoids removed at Virginia Ear Nose & Throat surgery center in Richmond. We went in for our morning appointment to find that we he could not go through with surgery on the initial date because he was running a fever and had a cough. We returned 2 weeks later and the procedure went as planned. The nurses and surgeon were very pleasant and professional. The facility isn’t too exciting in terms of waiting space, but there is a Starbucks and a couple of other places to grab a drink or bite to eat while you are waiting. Finding the facility is easy and parking is also easy (and free).
Dr. Salley took the time to listen to my concerns and made a plan to get me breathing again. He performed a successful turbinate reduction surgery then later a sinusplasty (?). He was kind and caring and always took the time needed to explain things to me. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences.
Dr. Salley was wonderful. He had a great bedside manner, advice, and was recommended by our pediatrician.
My son had ear infections for 5 months straight. When they suggested tubes at 8 months I was nervous. Dr. Lim did a great job reassuring us, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was also great!
My son had repeat sinus infections, the ENT saw him and suggested we have the adenoids removed. The night before the procedure my son came home from school with a fever, they were so great and helpful about getting us rescheduled for the next week, so he wouldn’t have time to get sick again before surgery. Since his surgery he rarely gets sinus infections anymore, we went from once a month to maybe once or twice a year. We saw two different doctors & both were great!
