Dr. Lim is an excellent provider. His bedside manner with our 2yo was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! He listened to our concerns and discussed a treatment plan at length. We never felt rushed during our appointment time with Dr. Lim and his staff. Everyone was professional, courteous, and provided world class care to our child and family as a whole. I felt comfortable he was confident in his treatment plan. Thank you for your service to your patients and their families.

I drove 2 hours to VEN&T. It was worth it. I was taken in on time, visit went well, both Doctors explained well my condition and what they believe I should do. Everything was professional, nice facility and friendly staff.

I must admit, I was a bit nervous to try this practice due to some of the reviews, however my experience was pleasant. The physician took his time to explain possible reasons for my swallowing challenges. The staff was respectful and professional. The physician explained every step of my scope and provided me with the results immediately. I was supposed to have heard back regarding a swallowing test with a Speech Pathologist and Radiologist, however to date no one has contacted me. Other than this, my visit was fine.
