In and out very friendly staff. Update 2 years later following a large cancerous tumor removal and still kicking. Dr. May is amazing and highly recommend!
Dr. Van Himbergen removed ear wax from my ears by hand without a hint of pain or bother. I give him an A+.
He gave me answers and talked me through what was happening and why. I finally have an idea of next steps.
Not really sure how to do a rating. I really liked the doctor and I think surgery went well, but the appointment staff is unresponsive and difficult to get on the phone. So my experience with the doctor was really positive. My experience with the office was horrible. I find it hard to believe that a follow up appointment to surgery takes over a month. If that is the case, it doesn’t sound like I need an appointment at all. But since I can’t get a return call, I’ll never know. – MY ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THANK YOU FOR A QUICK RESPONSE AND FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I AM AN IMPORTANT CLIENT.
