Great experience with the audiology department for my daughter. Have been coming since she was months old. However today the support staff had difficulty in just scheduling a follow-up appointment with the previous provider we saw. She had attitude then abruptly hung up the phone on me. I wish I had her name. Her unprofessionalism unfortunately reflects on the whole group.
Dr LIM and his staff were amazing. They took great care of my son before and after surgery. Everyone was friendly and explained everything before anything was done. Highly recommend Virginia ENT.
We could not have asked for a better experience. Every single staff member we encountered was more than pleasant and so kind to myself and my son (he was the patient and he’s 4). We will definitely be back if need be. We found our new ENT home!
Dr.Rigby was very calm and patient with my extremely frightened 12 year old who had gotten tissue stuck in his ear. Dr.Rigby was able to remove it painlessly in less than a minute. Prior to that we had spent 45 (painful) minutes at the PCPs office without success.
I got my tonsils removed here and it was a wonderful experience Dr Tyson and his wonderful staff made me feel extremely comfortable including the front staff everyone was professional and kind they called to check on me afterwards vI would recommend this place to anyone anytime
