Dr Tyson is great.
I enjoyed meeting D. Van Himbergen. He was very warm acting, answered my questions & explained my problem so I completely understood what was happening with my throat. I am now awaiting a call from Sheltering Arms for my appointment date, and hopefully they will fix my raspy throat once and for all!
We went into Virginia ENT on an emergency appt. for my husband ear (he could not hear at all) and we were actually at the wrong location and they immediately said they would work us in dont worry about it! They got him back about 10 mins after his scheduled time was and that’s awesome considering they were working us in! Within 10 minutes Dr. Van Himbergen had been in the room to see him and took him to clean out his ears!!! Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice, we were in and out in less than a hour with the problem fixed as a work in patient!! This place is awesome and Dr. Van Himbergen is awesome!!! Thanks everyone!!!
Excellent across board
We had a phenomenal experience regarding my 8-year old son’s surgery. The facility is incredibly nice, the people were so warm. Every single person who would be involved in the surgery introduced themselves to him one by one making him feel so comfortable. When my husband and I were able to go back and see him, as he was waking up, we walked in to one of the nurses stroking his head. It felt so good to know someone was giving him comfort until we got to him. I can not say enough good things about our experience. And most importantly his recovery has been a breeze.
