Very clean very friendly very professional. my daughter will be getting her tonsils out two weeks after our visit which is wonderful.
My son (5 YO) had a tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, and tubes put in his ears. At our consultation appointment Dr. Van was very informative, nice, answered all my questions and was great with my son. The surgery was scheduled for the next week and when we got to the surgery center every single person we interacted with from beginning to end was great. The nurses were so sweet and kind, the anesthesiologist explained everything very well, we talked with Dr. Van beforehand all of that really helped calm my son and myself before the procedure. When we went back after the procedure and he was waking up the nurses were there comforting him, rubbing his back, making sure he was okay and that met the world to us knowing that they were with him until we could be. A big thank you to everyone!!
Everyone at the center was amazing – so polite, kind, and caring! Our entire experience was a good one. Check in was efficient, the medical team was awesome, and there were zero concerns or issues.
