Dr Tyson and his surgical team performed a parotidectomy on me in July. While the operation did not go exactly as planned. They responded with competence and compassion as I knew nothing of the difficulties and the nursing team assured my spouse all would be well. In fact she is still commenting on how well Dr Tyson’s work/sutures look. Thank you again for taking great care of me.

Everyone from the administrative staff to the nurses and doctors were caring and friendly. I had several concerns about medications due to allergies, and they did a great job explaining what they would be doing to make sure I would be safe and comfortable (during and after surgery). I remember everyone I interacted with smiled often, which also helped to put me at ease. The pre and post surgery communication from the surgery center was also very good. I would use this facility again if needed without hesitation.
