Jacob earned his Doctorate of Audiology and an undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from West Virginia University. Jacob first became interested in the profession of audiology because of his personal experience with moderate unilateral hearing loss in his right ear that requires him to wear hearing aids. He completed his clinical fellowship at the Balance and Ear Center in Richmond, VA. He holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as an audiologist and hearing aid specialist. Jacob joined Virginia ENT in January 2018.
In his spare time, Jacob enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, fly fishing, boating and attending church.
