Heather received her Master of Science degree from Radford University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She holds the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology. Heather is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia as an audiologist, and as a hearing aid specialist. She joined Virginia ENT in July 2021, and has worked in audiology in the Richmond area since 1988.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys time with her husband and family, and likes to travel when possible.
