For me, this was a very positive experience where a doctor utilized my previous medical history with Virginia ENT, listened to my concerns, and moved forward quickly with treatment that was in-line with both our expectations and comfort. The appointment was easy to set-up, check-in was simple and offered up-front in digital form, front desk staff and medical assistants were efficient and kind, and my prescription was sent through quickly.

We went into Virginia ENT on an emergency appt. for my husband ear (he could not hear at all) and we were actually at the wrong location and they immediately said they would work us in don’t worry about it! They got him back about 10 mins after his scheduled time was and that’s awesome considering they were working us in! Within 10 minutes Dr. Van Himbergen had been in the room to see him and took him to clean out his ears!!! Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice, we were in and out in less than a hour with the problem fixed as a work in patient!! This place is awesome and Dr. Van Himbergen is awesome!! Thanks everyone!!!

My son had repeat sinus infections, the ENT saw him and suggested we have the adenoids removed. The night before the procedure my son came home from school with a fever, they were so great and helpful about getting us rescheduled for the next week, so he wouldn’t have time to get sick again before surgery. Since his surgery he rarely gets sinus infections anymore, we went from once a month to maybe once or twice a year. We saw two different doctors & both were great!

Efficient, helpful and friendly front desk. The physician and audiologist were thorough, professional and explained everything in detail. They answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed. I would highly recommend this office. I am going to be making an appointment for my son also. I noticed they see pediatrics.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Dr. Salley is amazing. I came in with what I thought was a small issue. Dr. Salley took things more seriously however. He sent me for a biopsy, which turned out to be an aggressive form of Non hodgkin’s lymphoma. Forever grateful to him and this practice.

My review is actually for the audiology side of their office – Specifically, Dr. Sanders…I’ve been seeing Dr. Sanders for years. Of any doctor I’ve ever seen in my life, she is by far the best. Even though I only see her every couple of years, she always knows my face and name, asks about my family (and remembers details about them!) and always, always talks through every single thing and answers all of my questions. She’s thorough, yet efficient. She goes through all of my options, their pros and cons, etc. I wish she could be every doctor myself or family would ever need because she is absolutely amazing. Highest recommendation I could ever give is for her! Also, their staff is just as amazing. So nice, polite and always helpful!

Great experience , Dr. Burke has a great bed side manner and overall great experience. Would highly recommend them. Had a surgery done a year ago was a life changer, I had repeated sinus infection 7 in one year was tired of taking multiple pills etc. Once surgery was performed none to speak of since in the year after and no longer required to take steroid spray pills or over the counter stuff. Definitely happy with the results.

I had surgery here today with Dr. Van Himbergen. He is an amazing doctor who explains everything in detail and never made me feel rushed while listening to all my concerns and answering all my questions in depth. I have horrible anxiety and am always worried about anesthesia but Dr. Baron (anesthesiologist) was so kind, so fun and so comforting that all of my worries disappeared within minutes of meeting her. Everyone from the nurses to the front desk staff were so kind and made my whole experience wonderful. Thank you all so much!

Had a great experience with the PT balance department at Virginia ENT. Would highly recommend them to others. They were able to ease my mind as soon as I got there (after being upset over my condition), the way they explained everything there and my treatment plan was very thorough. I also felt like they truly cared about my condition and getting me healed. Again, would highly recommend The Balance Center physical therapy!

Dr. Salley was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to hear my concerns and was able to correct my daughters tongue tie. It has been four days and she is a completely different baby. She is now able to finish bottles without getting worn out and falling asleep and is less gassy. 100% would recommend Dr. David Salley!

From walking in and being greeted welcomely, Dr Tyson and his staff were on point. I was in and out in less than a hour feeling 100% better even with an incision in back of my throat. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience with Van Himbergen with a pediatric patient. He has been very thorough and kind with her, very thorough and understanding with me as the mother (also a nurse.) The office staff has also been very kind with my daughter, who happened to be very fearful of the office, the scan and other procedures, and ultimately the surgical procedure, and the staff had consistently been patient with her, explaining every step and being very understanding. We were referred to this practice by our pediatrician, and although Van Himbergen doesn’t always work with kids, he has been wonderful with our whole family through the process so far. His calm, patient demeanor is very reassuring, and his medical experience and method of including the patient and family in decisions is perfect. I highly recommend him and his practice for sinus and other concerns.

It’s usually not pleasant to go to the doctor’s office, but it can be if you go to this office. The staff is so friendly and nice. They are on time. Dr. Tyson is the best ENT doctor in the world. I haven’t seen the other doctors in the practice, but heard they are good as well. Dr. Tyson is an excellent doctor with a wonderful personality! Thank you for making going to the doctor’s office pleasnt.

My son had tubes put in by Dr Lim. He is great with kids and was very personable. The office staff is also great.

My son and daughter both saw Dr. Lim to get their adenoids removed. My son was only 3 years old and my daughter was 9. It was a great experience, he was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely go back.
